Business Plan Assistance
The ICECA offers confidential assistance to help you make the most of your most vital business planning tool: your business plan. Whether you are just getting started or have an existing plan that needs to be critiqued or updated, we are here to help. All of our business plan assistance is fully confidential and offered by the ICECA to you at no cost.
If you are just getting started, we have document templates that you can work from to develop your plan. We also have created spreadsheet templates that allow you to easily input your business financial data and run “what if” scenarios to test out your pricing and cost of goods assumptions.
Below is a quick list of the business plan services we offer:
- Critiquing and helping you improve an existing business plan
- Help updating an existing business plan to explore new markets or meet new challenges head-on
- Working with you to set up a dynamic on-line spreadsheet that allows you to see your financial operations at a glance and perform “what if” analysis
- Working with you, step-by-step to create a new summary business plan from scratch
