VanOss Forestry Services, LLC is owned and operated by forester Brock VanOss. Brock has been involved in the forest industry for over 20 years and has a varied and successful background of in-depth forestry knowledge and experience. Some of his professional involvement, achievements, and recognitions include but are not limited to:

• Bachelors of Science in Forestry, Michigan Technological University
• Associates Degree in Applied Science in Forest Technology, Michigan Technological University
• Awarded USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NCRS) Technical Service Provider (TSP) status. A TSP is an individual or business that has technical expertise in conservation planning and design for a variety of conservation activities. TSPs are eligible to draft USDA Forest Stewardship Plans as well as assist landowners in applying for the NRCS Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).
• Recognized by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources as a certified plan writer for their Qualified Forest Program and Commercial Forest Act tax benefit programs (click here for more information).
• Program Coordinator for the Michigan Master Logger Certification and Wisconsin Master Logger Certification programs.
• Program Coordinator for the Sustainable Forest Resource Management Network.
